Rimmel Scandal Eyes Waterproof Kohl Liner in Nude

I was always on a hunt for a skin colored/light pink eyeliner that I could use in my waterline.  I know that Stila has a Kajal pencil that is light pink but I didn't want to buy something expensive when I didn't know if I'd even like it.

I didn't see any other drugstore brands that had a light pink eyeliner pencil until I came across this one by Rimmel.

Rimmel Scandal Eyes Waterproff Kohl Liner in Nude
$4.49 at ULTA

The pencil tip reminds me of the Milani Liquify Pencil Liners.
It applies very smoothly and is very creamy.
It's not the color of my skin, but it blends in nicely in my waterline.

Here's a swatch:

The problem with using white eyeliners on your waterline is how unnatural/harsh it looks because your waterline isn't supposed to be white.  This pencil liner gives a more natural finish while still making your eyes look bigger.

I don't notice any smearing with this eyeliner and since its so creamy, I don't have to tug it across my waterline.  I think the formula is comparable to the Milani Liquify pencils.

I also tried to rub it off under water and the eyeliner didn't budge! I didn't scrub vigorously but still, it has good staying power.

Overall, I definitely recommend this product!! I think it's a good drugstore makeup purchase because I haven't seen any other eyeliner pencils in this color at the drugstore.  It's a good color to use everyday on your waterline or even as an inner corner highlight.  The staying power is amazing, and it stays on for pretty much the entire day for me (I don't have teary eyes).  I might just stick with this pencil instead of investing in the Stila one.

If you have any questions, let me know! :)
